Color me… a winner Plastics Color Corporation unveils top color picks for 2014

“The chief function of color should be to serve expression,” explained master impressionist painter Henri
Matisse.
It’s a short sentiment that speaks volumes to the importance of color not simply in two dimensional art but in the natural scenery and man-made products of everyday life. Color influences, evokes, informs, persuades, soothes, motivates. Color can be linked to every emotion. With that in mind, PCC has embarked on an annual campaign to identify key colors for the plastics industry.
The top two picks for 2014 – selected from a dozen finalists – are Oceanana and Copperico.
